Balloons are available to book on website, over the phone or on our Facebook shop. Click and Collect & deliveries available 7 days a week.


Do your prices include set up?

All our packages include delivery and set up in lowestoft, however if you are outside this area our venue stylist will provided with a bespoke invoice. This will include any set up and collection fees so that you know exactly how much your styling will cost.

How do I have paid up front?

A £50 deposit is required on booking to secure your booking. Then full outstanding balance is required 4 week before event.

How can I pay?

You can pay via cash or bank transfer.

We also offer a pay monthly scheme to help you spread the cost for your perfect styling. Ask your stylist for details.

Is my booking confirmed?

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits must be paid within 3 days from receipt of your booking form. Please ensure you obtain confirmation of payment.

What communication do you have with the venue?

Don’t panic, your stylist has everything in hand! Your stylist will have contact with the venue leading up to your wedding day and make direct arrangements with them regarding times for access to dress your reception room. Arrangements will also be made direct with the venue for collection.

What is a refundable deposit?

This is fee which added to your invoice just incase of any damages or lost of any items hired from Eventopia. If all hire items are returned ok then we will refund the refundable deposit within 5 working days after you event.

All hire items include a refundable deposit which will be discussed at your consultation.

What if I change my date?

If you have to change your wedding date your venue stylist will do their very best to accommodate this change, however please remember that your stylist has a busy diary so if you need to discuss a change of date please contact your stylist urgently.

What if I change my mind about my styling?

Don’t worry, our stylists are used to couples having a change of mind about their styling ideas. The best option is to reserve your date and then spend time finalising your design. You can plan your wedding day so far in advance that quite often new trends come out that maybe weren’t an option for you when you made your booking. Just speak to your stylist who will be happy to discuss any changes and advise you how best to accommodate them within your styling theme. All we ask is that if you require any change can this been done 4 weeks before your big day.

Will you help me create a look for my wedding?

Absolutely, our stylists are professionally trained to do just this and we can advise on what is on trend and what will work best at your venue based on its size, colour scheme and layout.
