Booking our party venue package with Eventopia verbally, by phone, internet or any other method of communication constitutes you having read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Confirmation of Booking
Your booking time and date is only confirmed once you have paid a £30 deposit within 7 days of your invoice date and have received an email confirming that we have received your deposit.
We require final numbers of children attending & final outstanding balance 4 weeks before, due to preparation of parties.
If the outstanding balance is not received 4 weeks before your party date then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally parties need to be cancelled
We are open by appointment only, so you can book your party at time. (Depending on availability)
By booking and paying your non refundable £30 deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below. Please ensure you read and understand our terms and conditions before booking a party or makeover with us.
3. How many people can we invite.
At our venue we hold up to 12 children max
Birthday child can have up to 2 adults that can stay for the duration of the party. However if you would like to have more adults please contact us.
If you are invited to one our parties please note we can only accommodate a certain number of people in our venue. So we have to limit it to one adult per child. As we have a small venue and cannot accommodate for siblings and extra parents unless prearranged. if other parents and siblings attended which have not been prearranged a extra fee may occur.
4. Dietary requirements
All our parties include Delicious food- High Tea Style, Sandwiches, Cakes, Drink, Crisps & Nibbles.

No outside food or drink is permitted in the premises. Only birthday cake and cupcakes for party are permitted.
5. Minimum age
Makeovers & BBF packages are suitable for children aged 3 and above.
All children must be at least the minimum age for the stated package they are attending, however we can accomodate a younger sibling to your number of party guests if required as long as they are over the age of 3 and we are notified in advance.
6. Arrival Times
Please arrive at your appointment time/ party time. As our staff will be getting ready for your party/magical experience. All our times our prebooked so we will not be open our door until you prebooked time, so no need to arrive early as everything has been taken care of by magical staff. Please note if you arrive early this may disrupt with other bookings that we have made before you.
7. Joint Parties
If you would like your party to be a joint party there will be an extra charge of £5 per birthday child.
8. Party Times
We are only doing 2 bookings per day at weekends. 11-1pm or 3-5pm (unless party hosts stated otherwise)
After school parties available at 4:30pm.
Experenices are available at different times.
All packages are based on 2 hours so if you select a 1 hour & 30 minutes or 1 hour and 45 minutes then please understand that not everything will be included due to the fact that we do not have enough time. However we will still make sure that we get all the fun bits in, this will be down to the discretion of our party host.
9. Pamper Parties Hygiene
Full public liability insurance is held. Hair, nail and pamper treatments are for entertainment purposes only.
We uphold strict and professional hygiene standards. We will not apply any face paint, glitter tattoos or face glitter to broken skin or lesions. We only use child friendly products however Eventopia cannot take liability for reactions or injuries sustained at the pamper party or thereafter. Clients must advise us of any allergies, viruses or any other reason their child may not be able to take part in a makeover or pamper party.
Please ensure all children are nail varnish free before their makeover / party.
We have a strict head lice policy. If head lice or eggs are found on your child we will regretfully be unable to provide a makeover and they will not be able to join in with a pamper party. Please check your child's hair before the appointment. No refund will be given but are always happy to reschedule your child's makeover providing we have dates available.
The client accepts full responsibility for any damages (furnishings and equipment) or injuries or delays that occurs as result of failure to comply with these provisions.
